ÉAnna (Ann Elizabeth) HillsÉ grave stone [is] in the Cranes Grove Cemetery at Freeport, Illinois, shows her date of death as April 5, 1875, at the age of 75 years 9 months and 26 days. There is a Hills family plot in that cemetery and close to her grave are those of her sons Benjamin and Eliphalet (both casualties of the Civil War and brought to Freeport for burial). Anna's maiden name remains unknown.
