2. NATHAN KELLEY (2, John 1) He bought 10 1/2 acres of land from Phineas Ayars and wife Amy, 25 Feb 1802, (Book D, p. 44). On 23 November 1802, Nathan Kelley and wife Elizabeth sold the same tract to Joel Berriman, located at Upper Alloways Creek, Salem Co., NJ (B., E, p. 95) Another deed recorded July 24, 1815, (B., S, p. 322) states: "This indenture made 6 June 1793 between Azariah Jarman and Nathan Kelley, in Twp. of Upper Alloways Creek, next to Abigail Dunn's land, 7 7/8 Acres which Azariah Jarman had purchased from Nicholas Wall of Philadelphia, 6 Jun 1792. The deed signed by Azariah Jarman and Phebe his wife. Nathan and Clayton Kelley are enumberated on the 1820 Census of Harrison Co., WV. I have been unable to find anything more about them. Nathan's wife could possibly have been Elizabeth Jarman, owing to the fact that his daughter was named Phebe.
