One half of marsh in Lower Alloways Creek Twsp. to be sold to pay debts. Sons, Elijah and Rual (after wife's decease), all my lands to be divided between them; they each to pay my son, Hugh Ayars, $30; should either of said sons die under age their share to be divided between the survivors. Daughters, Rebecca Ayars, Mary Ayars, Sarah Ayars, Elizabeth Ayars and Anne Ayars, each $12. Residue of personal estate to be divided between heretofore named daughters and daughters, Susannah Shull, Ruth Randolph and Phebe Johnson. Executors -- wife, Lovisa, and son, Elijah Ayars.
