Son, Joseph Ayars, lot of woodland in north end of my plantation which I bought of my father, Joseph Ayars, -- beginning at a post in the line between my land and what is called Purvianie land . . . Theodore Wentzel's land . . . he paying to my daughter, Roda (wife of Daniel Rumsey), $16. Son, Nathan D. Ayars, land south of above devised land, -- beginning at a corner of lot I bought of my brother, James Ayars, with house, saw mill and other improvements thereunto belonging, he paying to my daughter, Mary (wife of William West), $16. He is also to pay my three daughters, Esther Ayars, Edith Ayars and Amelia Ayars, $15 each. Remainder of lands to be sold and proceeds used to pay my debts. Daughter, Edith, my bed and bedding. Daughter, Amelia, her bed and bedding. Rest of moveable estate to be sold and proceeds divided between all my children. Executor -- brother, James Ayars.
