Eldest son, aleb, land which is bounded by John Ayars, Ebenezer Howell, Bartholomew Hunt, James Mackferson, till within 12 rods of my old line, first given by my father, Caleb Ayars, and then bounded by Isaac Ayars, and Jonathan Davis, and to contian 70 acres; also parat of the land I bought of Elijah Bowin, and bounded by James Reeves, of 30 acres; also 5 acres of meadow on Cohansey Creek; also 1/2 of my salt marsh in Statham's Neck; also 1/2 of that in Stow Creek. Son, Jonathan, rest of my plantation and of that I bought of Elijah Bowin, and the other 1/2 of the 2 lots of salt marsh, and my 3-acre lot of drained meadow on ohansey Creek. To my 6 daughters, £10 each. Wife, Pheby, rest of estate, and use of lands given to Jonathan, till he is 21. That plantation in Salem Co. bought of Elias Robins, and now occupied by Ehraim Randolph, to be sold, and the money given to my daughters, Zerviah, Sarah, Pheby, Dorcas, Unis and Rachel, when they are 18. Executors -- wife, Pheby, and Joshua Ayars, my son-in-law, and Jonathan Davis. Witnesses -- David Randolph, Nehemiah Bowen, Phillip Ayars. Proved Sept. 26, 1782. 1782, Sept. 25.
